Service & Support

 

If you are having trouble with any of the products that Warwood provides the place to start is to contact our service department. They will assist in determining if the product is faulty or if it has been installed incorrectly.

If the product is faulty and under warranty our service department staff will assist you at no charge (provided the issue is with the product and not due to other non-product issues).

If the product is no longer under warranty or if the product is having issues because of computer issues or other unrelated technology such as: network issues, wireless issues, IT people that don't know what they are doing, paper jams, etc.

In these situations there will be a service fee as our staff will provided their technical expertice to resolve your situation.

  • If we come out to your location and provide services the cost is $125.00 per hour (non Xerox) - minimum one hour and is handled on a first come, first serve basis.
  • If we come out to your location and provide services the cost is $125.00 per hour - XEROX - minimum one hour and is handled on a fist come, first serve basis.
  • If we provide support via telephone and/or remote access the cost is $95.00 per incendent. If it is determined aftwards that an onsite visit is required, then the first hour of onsite service is free as the telephone support did not resolve the issue.

 

All onsite labour fee's are portal to portal.

Any non warranty parts required to repair products are charged accordingly.
